Ladies Health Walks

A ladies health walk has been set up from the ADAB centre in East Bury.  This is taking place in partnership with Becky Earl from Bury Sports Development who provided training to our staff member Iram Rehman to become a walk leader.

Health Walk

A Health walk is a 'purposeful, brisk walk undertaken on a regular basis'.  Any walk which is specifically designed and carried out to improve one's health is a health walk.

  • It's free and you don't need special equipment
  • You can start slowly and built up gently                     

Health walkguided walk

One hour health walks take place on a Wednesday afternoon.

Meeting place is at ADAB at 12.00pm for a guided walk.

No special equipment is needed, just sensible footwear and a bottle of water.

Children and pushchairs welcome.
