We held a highly successful Muslim Female Role models event at the Elizabethan Suite in Bury..

Guest speakers included: Saeeda Ishaq - The headteacher of St Luke's C of E primary school in Manchester who spoke about the importance of positive female role models and ways to overcoming barriers to succedding in professional life.

Fazila Malek - the business woman and owner of Fazila Foods a highly successful Bolton based business. Awarded the Business Person of the Year Award by Bolton & Bury Times in 2009 she provided motivation and sound advice to be successful in the business world.

This was an opportunity for our service users and learners to be acknowledgemed for the work they have done and awarded for their achievement.

It was a fun family evening with food, music and motivating and enthusiastic speakers.
