Tan Ahmed, Chief Executive

Tan has a  post-graduate degree in Community Cohesion, Tan is the Chief Executive at ADAB. A keen cricketer and a fan of Classical South Asian music, Tan is widely recognised in the local community and ADAB’s successful community programmes can be widely attributed to him. Tan is a passionate character who is always willing to go the extra mile for the community as is manifested in the huge array of programmes and initiatives which have been spearheaded by ADAB.Imran Arif,  Co-ordinator

Imran graduated with a Business Management (Hons) degree and has worked in management for a number of companies. Working as Co-ordinator and managing various projects at Radcliffe Works and the Brookshaw Centre. Imran spends his time liasing with different partner organisations and bringing new and exciting ideas for different ventures and projects to ADAB. Imran is a keen footballer and has played at a semi-professional level. Imran along with his team has won the White Ribbon Tournament for ADAB four years in a row!

Iram Rehman, Senior Administrator

Graduated with LLB (Hons) in 2008, Iram is the Senior Administrator and point of contact for any information taking place at ADAB. Iram is an industrious worker who always goes the extra mile (literally!) Amongst her interests are reading, travelling and plotting world domination.


Rukhsana Hafeez, Learning Support Officer

Rukhsana is our learning support officer and community liasion person and has recently been promoted to undertake the ladies ‘Sewing and Garment’ class.  A keen fan of Urdu poetry and harmonies, Rukhsana is always on hand to provide information about the courses being run at ADAB.

Paul Cooper, Support Officer

Paul is based at the Brookshaw Centre and is the point of contact for information of activities being run at the centre. Paul is a friendly and caring individual who likes helping people and working with the community.  Paul is a keen Manchester City supporter and enjoys learning new things.
Rebecca Mort, Supervisor

Rebecca is currently in charge of Radcliffe Works, a new centre operating in Radcliffe to promote employment opportunities and to raise awareness of benefits and offers guidance to those in need. Rebecca is a busy woman who occupies herself with locating job opportunities in the local area and proving a CV service. Rebecca is also working closely with Refugees in Action and other organisations to promote her work. Rebecca’s chief interests are enjoying meals out and going to the cinema with her family.
