Online Basics
In today’s day and age, everything is geared for the busy technological lifestyle. With iphones, wifi, 3gs, social networking becoming more popular and with the growing popularity of the internet.
Everything is being done online from shopping for food, ordering clothes, paying bills, banking, connecting with family and friends etc.
Being able to use the computer and search the internet has become a vital skill that enables people to have independence and is a invaluable life skill for the 21st century.
Are you new to using a computer?
Would you like learn new skills and be able to use a computer with confidence.
We are running online basic courses across our 4 centres:
1. Head Office: 14 Heywood Street
2. Brookshaw Centre
3. Radcliffe Works
4. Bury Works.
The online basics consists of five short modules which includes showing you how to use a mouse and keyboard, email, online search and stay safe online, ensuring that you have the confidence and skills needed to start enjoying all the fantastic things the internet has to offer.
Upon completion of the five modules a certificate of completion will be available.
You can even do this course from the comfort of your own home. You can register on myguide all you need is the centre ID which is 3420929.
