Steps to Employment
ADAB’s Steps to Employment project supports Young People who are not in Education, Employment of Training to develop skills and their employment prospects.
We do this is a very personalised and culturally sensitive way. Our services our open to all communities however we do specialise in supporting people from minority and BAME communities. Our aim is to help develop the skills in young people, to enhance their work prospects and thus improve their quality of life.
Job Search Support
ADAB’s provides Job Search support to those who are unemployed to develop their job search skills and thus their employment prospects.
We do this is a very personalised and culturally sensitive way. Our services our open to all communities however we do specialise in supporting people from minority and BAME communities. Our aim is to help develop the skills, to enhance their work prospects and thus improve their quality of life.
Appropriate Levels of Support
The support we offer is broken down in to Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Support and includes
